Hi guys, it's been a while but recently I've gotten back into MTG and need help remembering a card name

I remember a few sets ago there was a card that severely crippled mono black decks' mana pools

The card was (probably) either a green or white card

The effect was that if someone played a black spell, they would have to sacrifice a number of lands equal to the number of Swamp symbols on the black spell's mana cost.

E.g. Chittering Rats costs (1) and 2 black mana to play. The controller would have to sacrifice 2 sources of black mana to play Chittering Rats


It was a pretty old card and I know my description is very vague, but does anything think they can help me?
