Deck Challenge: T2 Artifact Deck

Hey Guys,

Just started playing MTG again and I'm looking to make a T2 deck to play with some friends and maybe a little tournament play.

So here is the Challenge:

Create a T2 Blue, Black or Blue/Black Artifact Deck, focused on game control, with an effect sideboard for Archenemies with a total cost under $75.00.

Themes are left up to you.

http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=73346 here's my attempts but I'm not sure how good it will be. its a little hard to make a type two colorless artifact deck because part of the last set was focused around colored artifacts so there isn't much to choose from

m10 doesn't rotate out either. check out the wizards of the coast website.
