T2 Leveler deck?

Hey everyone. After opening a box of Rise of Eldrazi (which is one of my favorite expansions, BY FAR), I've really been exploring making a tournament quality leveler deck.

The problem with this, ramping too much mana into something really does kill your tempo, where as if you pay to level 1 creature, it eats removal and you're stuck with useless ones and tapped lands.

So, to combat this, I want atleast these 2 cards to be mandatory

Training Grounds
Venerated Teacher

So, goal? Make T2 Tournament Leveler deck. Must be blue, must include those cards (they help out SO much, makes it so much faster)

Can have any colors you want, go for anything.

My current deck is Blue with splashing white/black, cant choose a decent color between those 2 :(

I love this level up blue white deck. It works really well, Especially in multi player with chronologist. paired with the extra turns and low level up cost of Transcendent, it is Very strong. Getting 2 chronologists out a game is not too uncommon with me, since it is only one island to level up. 3 turns to 1 turn feels pretty amazing ;P
