Deck Challenge: 30-40 dollar Cat deck!

Hey everybody. I've only been playing Magic for a few months now, and I'm also brand new to these forums. I've tried making good decks for myself but they always end up too expensive.

So I've turned to you guys. I really like all the Cats, and sort of want to make a deck out of it.

Requirements:
-Green and White
-Lots of Cats
-30-40 dollars.
-Must include Jedit Ojanen of Efrava because I think he's the freakin man
-And it has to be able to win

I'd love to make a deck for this challenge, but I got a few questions. Do you want the deck to be standard legal? What colours would you prefer? And most importantly, where do you get your card prices?

this is my attempt. I could change it to make it standard legal if you want...not sure how it would work, but it was a fun challenge. I didn't realize there were so many cat cards

Im glad you guys are enjoying the challenge =]

If you can make it standard legal, you might as well. I doubt I'd use it in a tournament but I guess it's good to have.

In terms of colors, I really don't care. I tend to stay away from Blue and Red though, simply because I don't like the way they play. But if there is a cat that's good enough might as well just throw in a splash of the color.

I honestly think the deck would work better in monowhite, but you wanted multicolor, so here's my hastily-put-together list...

I took ideas from both decks and came up with this.
