Deck Challenge: Timesifter

Whenever i play magic with my friends they get incredibly pissed because i'm good at designing decks that annoy the whole table.

Their least favorite card that i play is called Timesifter.

The challenge is to actually find a strategic way to play the card.
However, if you can't, you're welcome to just make a hardcore annoyance deck that includes it.
