Cumulative effect of enchantments?

Hi, first post here, I searched the forum but couldn't immediately find a question about this.

It's been a long while since I played (I played mostly around the Urza expansions), there are some things I've forgotten and a lot of new things added to the game or changed.

But one thing that was always something I wondered about:

If for instance I have one [CARD="http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewCard.aspx?CardName=Repercussion&Edition=UDS"]Repercussion card in play, doing damage done to a creature to the controller of that creature, and I add another repercussion, is the damage done double or only once?

A similar question would be with the Coat of Arms card, +1/+1 for each other creature in play of the same type, if there are two Coat of Arms in play, would that make it +2/+2?

Or the [CARD="http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewCard_Popup.aspx?CardName=Grave Pact&Edition=STH&Print=1"]Grave Pact enchantment, for every creature put into the graveyard from play, the opponent player must sacrifice a creature in play. If there are two Grave Pacts, for one creature does the opponent have to sacrifice two of his own?

It would appear several things have changed over the years, most are obvious ones, some don't seem all that much of an improvement, but I'm still in the process of trying to read up on all of it.

One other question:

I have two [CARD="http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewCard_Popup.aspx?CardName=Fire Ants&Edition=USG&Print=1"]fire ants in play, if I use one, is the other fire ant dead or not? It mentions fire ant in the ability and says that all other creatures are damaged, not sure if this includes all other fire ants. If it does, can I tap both of them before they are dead? (I tried to link the card itself, but can't make it work apparently, the fire ant is a red 2/1 insect creature, you can tap it and fire ant does one damage to all other creatures without flying)

Thanks in advance :)

Enchantments stack from what I know.

I have asked about gravestorm and people have told me that multiple on the field will remove multiple graveyard cards from game and allow me to draw multiple cards. So from that I am guessing it is the same way for all enchantments.

All the cards you mentioned do stack. They're all seperate entities, and they all contribute to the game. There are only a few enchantments that are dead in multiples, and these are generally like Levitation (the creature gets multiple instances of flying, but that doesn't change anything).

The multiple Fire Ants will kill each other. Whenever a card references itself by it's printed name, it can be thought of as refering to itself as that specific piece of cardboard, regardless of name. Fire Ants don't care about names! The name is used simply as the consequence grammar and naming conventions, where we think of an object and it's name as being intertwined. There are a few cards that card about name, in those cases it will be clear in the text by saying it's looking at the name. (eg. Echoing Truth, Blazing Effigy, Squadron Hawk, ect.)

Thanks for the replies, it's logical when explained, but I always wondered about it.
