I don't think that excists because the attacker does not target any blockers... you decide who to block with who..

there are cards though to force your opponent to block your creatures... like Brontotherium

And cards cards to make your opponent attack like Fumiko the Lowblood and Grand Melee

And I think there are some instances with the same effects...

There's Invasion Plans and Master Warcraft. Those are the closest to the card you want.

i think Jura's your best bet then, it's exactly what you want: Force every creature your opponent controls to attack him if able.
