Well, there's very few permanents that tutor (cuz it's really powerful), but here's a few ideas: Liliana Vess can put 'em on top, Necropotence can just draw you lots of cards (and isn't banned for some reason), Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor are usually auto-includes in black EDH decks, and there's so many tutors out there in those three colors it isn't even funny.



Btw, Elder Dragon Highlander is called that because they took the original Highlander rules and added legends, which, at the time, were mostly the Elder Dragons a la Nicol Bolas and such.

Also, Cruel Tutor, which isn't as good, but has the same effect as liliana.

My EDH is U/B/W. Give it a look and maybe use some of the U/B toward yours.

But be aware that most people only look at EDH decks and don't know enough to make a comment on improving them. So don't be discouraged when no one comments lol.

cheers for the replies guys :) a couple of those tutor cards will go down well. it actually turns out i have a couple, theyre just in piles of unused cards (as i dont really play black) so i had no idea what i was looking for.

so far my plan is to use Thraximundar, from alara reborn, as my general, and have nicol bolas in the deck. so far ive set aside a whole load of U/B/R multicoloured from the alara reborn set, as theres some really good ones in there, and ive got a few artifacts set aside aswell.

im really looking forward to seeing what i get in the SoM boxes for finishing off the deck, i was thinking zombie/artifact or something, so itll be a couple of weeks before i finish the deck really. (that and i need to successfully win a nicol bolas auction on ebay heh)
