I think the later will count, because the zendikon state "enchanted land is a xxx it's still a land". So when you would attach another zendikon (its still a land) when it resolves it turns the land in to what the last zendikon states....not 100% though..

I called WotC to ask that question and they weren't sure either - said would get back to me. I wanted to use Aura Finesse to save an Aura when the Land Creature is destroyed, but I have to target a land that already has another Zendikon Aura on it or another Creature. So I asked what happens when two different Zendikons are on the same Land.

The most recently applied Zendikon aura will determine the land's color and creature type. This is because when an effect changes a card's type or color by saying it "becomes" or "is" that type or color, the effect replaces the previous types/colors unless it says otherwise. That's why the Zendikon auras have to say "it's still a land" to keep their targets from being just creatures.

However, the abilities would accumulate. Enchanting a creature with Flight doesn't remove its other abilities, and neither does enchanting a land with Wind Zendikon.

So if you had Crusher Zendikon on a land and then Finessed (or just cast) Vastwood Zendikon onto the same land, it would end up being a 6/4 green Elemental creature land with trample.
