Darksteel Reactor Challenge

I always thought Darksteel Reactor was a cool card although quite ridiculous. With Scars of Mirrodin just around the corner I have had an itch to play more artifacts. Here are the guidelines for the Challenge:

1. Legacy minus the Power Nine.
2. Darksteel Reactor must be the primary winning condition.
3. At least 1 additional way to win the game.

Hope that makes sense. I'm excited to see what people come up with!
