I thought this might be a relatively simple addition to speed up deck building. I know there's a bulk import option, but a lot of times I'll search for a card or idea and find multiple things on the same page that I want to add to the deck. Usually this means I click one to add it, do the same search again, then add the next one, and so on.

The suggestion is to add check boxes next to the "Add Card" buttons so you could pick multiple cards on the same page of a search and add them all at once. I'm not sure if it would be too much trouble to remember these between pages (so we could check some on the first page of a search, move to the next page and select some more, then add all of those).
