Being a good guy in Magic
I'm relatively new to Magic, and so far I have only tweaked (a little) starter packs and Theme Decks, and this summer I wanted to get back in to it to pass the time, and I had fun with the Sliver Evolution (which I am thinking of tweaking hehe) but I wanted to have a go at something completely different - Blue/White.
I bought Legion Aloft but straight out it is a little disappointing. How would you rate Legion Aloft and also the Alara block? Are white/blue decks strong or just a waste most of the time? I think that the deck has potential if I bulk up some cards and bring in lower cost artifacts (and maybe some more angels).
In essence, I like having 2 good decks:
My tweaked Sliver (which I'll add to the Vault soon) which is just for fun
My white/blue which I want to be my main (serious) deck.
I was wondering if you could tell me if I am going in the right direction for choosing white/blue and also this recent block for being a 'good guy'.

First, what exactly do you want to do with this UW deck? Current block? Weenie? Correct me if I'm wrong, but Legion Aloft came with artifacts, so maybe you would like to build an Esper deck. Get back to me on this.
