If i use culing dias on vulshok replica, does that mean i can activate its ability and actually stacks the ability of the replica and the effect of the culling dias?

no you'd only be able to sacrifice him for one of the two abilities you'd have to sacrifice him twice to be able to do both

abilities use the stack, costs do not.

in both these cases the sacrifice is part of the cost.

once you activate the ability the cost is paid immediately and the ability goes on the stack..the sacrificed creature gets moved to the graveyard right away, even before priority is passed to your opponent and before the stack starts resolving itself.

no

if you sacrifice it to activate the dais' ability then it's immediately sent to the graveyard and the dais' ability goes on the stack.

it's no longer in play therefor it's ability can't be activated.

No, because once you've activated the Dais's ability, sacrificing the Replica to pay the cost, the Replica is no longer on the battlefield, so you can't play its ability.

Likewise, if you activate the Replica's ability, it is no longer on the battlefield, so you can't sacrifice it to the Dais.

What you're wanting to do is the equivalent of trying to pay two different slot meters with the same coin. Once you've put the coin in a slot, it's gone and you can't use it on another slot unless you get it back somehow.
