non specific card
one of my friends the other night played this card for the life of me i cant remimber the name of it but it said "players put all creatures on the bottom of thier libraries" i was thinking that as it is non specific as to where these creatures are would that apply for creatures in your hand graveyard or library?

No. Creatures are not creatures until they enter the battlefield. They are spells up until that point and after they leave the battlefield they again become just spells.
That, of course, is my understanding on the specifics of the card.
Hope that's helpful.

actually 'spells' only exist while on the stack, if they're in your hand, graveyard or library then they are simply 'cards'
