alright well lets say i have a glimmerpoint stag and i play another glimmerpoint stag i exile the first stag with the second one since they say until the beginning of the next end step when the first stag comes back into play and i remove another card it should come back at the beginning of the end step of my opponents turn right?

That's right.

If a Stag enters the battlefield during an end step (like in your scenario where it's coming back from another Stag's ability), then the card it exiles will be gone until the beginning of the next turn's end step.

Pretty much, because it takes too long between iterations.

You could do a faster loop with three Oblivion Rings, but there's nothing to take advantage of it.

With three Faceless Butchers*, you could do fun things with Pandemonium, or Intruder Alarm plus creatures that tap to do interesting things.

But with the Stag oscillation and recent cards, you have what, Electropotence? Soul's Attendants? At one entrance per turn, it doesn't pack quite as much punch.

* - when an ability refers to the object it's on by name it means just that object, not other objects with the same name; therefore one Butcher could target another Butcher with its exiling ability.
