Hello hello. Brand new to these here forums. I will be honest. I normally only look at magic forums for rulings via google search. But the idea of these deck competitions and themed deck designs really struck me. Something fun and challenging I can do in my spare time.

Now honestly, I never focus to much on tournament style decks. I strongly prefer casual well rounded decks that play out more like chess than blitzkrieg. But after almost a decade of this I am ready to change it up. So again, I say HELLO!

I may be bad at this at first. And use WELL known almost universally banned cards like dark ritual, because I never think of tournament style decks. And I may not think "fast enough" when designing my decks. So please don't flame me to death lol. This is totally outside of my norms but looks like fun and the forum looks friendly enough so yah....

I have been playing magic amongst friends for over a decade. But never competitive or tournament style. Friendly games. Anyway, looking forward to designing some decks.

Addendum: I do not know if this is the proper place to put introductions. I did because this is the only section of the forum I am really interested in. Sorry if this needs to be moved. Also, I know most forums have a no necroing policy. But considering this is about deck design challenges, if I do necro a thread HERE is that okay? And can I expect feedback. I am trying to improve my deck designing skills.
