Necrotic ooze

Question is [CARD="Necrotic Ooze"] is in play and he had the abilitie to receive all abilities of creatures in a graveyard and [CARD="Yixlid Jailer"]
is in a graveyard what would happen?

because if he loses, then gains, again but then he loses!?!?!?

Do you mean to ask if, say...Both Necrotic Ooze and...Reassembling Skelly are in the graveyard, can you pay to bring Necrotic Ooze back to play?

The answer is no. Necrotic Ooze has to be on the battlefield to "absorb" the activated abilities of creatures in all graveyards. If it's on the battlefield it WILL have Reassembling Skelly's ability, but it won't really be able to do anything with it. :D
