Getting back into the game.
Well, I guess I'll get started by saying it's been a VERY long time since Ive played mtg, and when I did play... I was really bad at it, and that was back in 1997, and now that I'm getting back into it. I have to admit I'm lost in a river of new cards and so forth, so please bair with me if I do not know alot of the cards and lingo to boot that comes with being a hard core player which clearly I am not as of yet.
As of April 2010, I picked up a few decks to see what was new, and later a few boxes of worlwake which I was begged to get for reasons I now know. Which of course was the Jace the mind sculptor card, and nothing more it seemed. Oddly one would think I would build a deck around him after getting six of the card stated out of five boxies of worldwake, and later buying up a few 2010 and 2011 core set boxes, as well rise of the eldrazi, and the new scars set.
Anyways, I just wanted to say hello and offer my greetings all the while trying to stay on topic.
Now, onto why I made this thread aside from the introduction. Buying the boxes listed, I have yet been able to find any deck worth making. Not putting any of the cards well known down, I'm just a person who likes making decks that are not only fun to play, but are less likely to see play. Knowing blue has been played ALOT for surten reasons, as well as white after doing some reading on both topics... I noticed red and greed have fallen down the grid. (Could be wrong, so please forgive my newbie like info due to the fact it's based on my current info)
Anyways, since I've started back up I've been playing around with token decks. More noted is my wolf token deck built on current cards ranging from worldwake and up so far. I have yet to bother reaching into my pocket to turn around and buy anything dealing with wolf token production past that set. It's seen alot of play, and has lost and won it's share of games against a wide rang of decks with Jace the mind scultor, and Bane Slayer, which in my neck of the woods seem to be a staple in alot of decks, but this has started to change since scars has come out, and I'm finding it hard to stack up against them.
Now, my question to all who read this and would be kind enough to help me out. I'm looking to make two well rounded decks of each color if possable. (Not so much the best, but rather a good win rate) Also, please note I'm wanting to make decks out of what I have, which as was stated range from sets starting from worldwake and up. Which I'm sure you know means nothing past such sets because I don't have such cards, nore do I care at the moment to buy such cards. I'm already stuck with cards ranging from Black lotus and so forth which I have no use for anymore since I stopped playing a long time ago.

Hello and welcome back!
I do know that the themes of Worldwake were Level Up, Allies, and Traps. Building around any of these themes would be a sensible starting point. The one thing that might hinder this, though, is that those themes are all spread across all five colors. Did I understand you that you wanted to build mono-color decks? There may not be enough allies or traps in a single color to make a viable deck, but adding another color could help a lot.
I think it would be really helpful if you looked around over several Magic resources over the web and looked for decklists that you already possess a large portion of. Once you bring us a few ideas, we can help you with the details of getting the deck filled out with the other cards in your collection.
