Draft Sets?

Hey guys. Just wondering what exactly draft sets are. I know what drafting is, but i see on online stores sections where you can buy draft sets of booster packs. They don't have any info on them so i've come here to ask.

it's pretty vague terminology and I see several potential things it could be referring to.
