Deck Challenge: Cycling Combo

The object of this challenge is to incorporate the sorely missed use of cycling and combine it with anything that gives you the advantage. My deck is posted below as an example. Cards like fluctuator are a must, and if you're using black, Scion of Darkness is almost just as big of a requirement.

hmmm, since when is cycling underused?

Astral Slide is so crazy good most casual groups ban the card (including my own group, sadly because I love playing it)
Life from the Loam has long been a draw engine in legacy decks (from Aggro Loam to 43Lands) due to cycling and cycle lands.

Life from the Loam + cycle lands + Solitary Confinement is a pretty good lock.

Cycling is great, it's instant speed, it draws you a card and often has some kind of other benefit. Cards like Decree of Silence, resounding silence, Decree of Justice are all very difficult to stop because they are immune to your typical counterspell when cycled.

The whole point of revisiting cycling is its absence in type 2. It's always been a great thing.

Really like the cards mentioned btw. :-)

I already had a really good deck with none of these so-called "needed" cards. Wins T2 or T3 every single time.

lololol you're using fluctuator, one of the cards i said was a must or "needed". and you mulligan until you get it. id say it's pretty "needed" then. XD
