What are the oldest combos you can think of?

I'll start with the obvious Fireball+Channel duh;)
Then there's the almighty Ball Lightning+Berzerk+Fork(adding insult to injury).
But my favorite is the infamous Stasis+Kismet+Land Tax, wich always pissed everyone off. All your now. Let's see what you got!
