[Bug] Can't re-email validation

When I was doing initial registration to the site, I had a problem with my email server, which caused my email to get either blackholed or bounced. However, after I fixed the problem, I could not re-register nor resend the email. The username appeared to be lost forever to a half-registered state that couldn't be corrected.

It looks like there needs to be an ability to resend the email, or allow for re-registration of unconfirmed accounts. There probably needs to be some sort of time limit on the confirmation emails (like 15-30 minutes per) as spam prevention, but the option would be very useful to prevent half-registered states like this.

For the record, my partial username is SineSwiper, and I'm currently using SineSwiper-MTG (fully registered with some decks).
