I got a card, is it good and rare?

hey guys, i do play wow, but i newer played wow game card.

i got today a card, which looks prety cool, and i wanted to find out more about it, is it rare or even good one? i tryed to google it, but i newer found anything about it, so i came here. One of giuldies told me.

so card:

Lord of icecrown

Scourge master hero - lich king

thats what it says on it, tell me what to tell more about it, as i dont evemn have a clue, what am i looking at.
