For those of you who haven't seen them, or would like an easy reference: Glissa, the Traitor and Knight of Bladehold

IMO, the Knight is going to be huge. I'd like to buy into 4 prereleases just to get a guaranteed set of her, but unfortunately I'm short on extra cash until about midway through February :(

Glissa is pretty sweet at just a :manab::manag::manag: 3/3 with First Strike and Deathtouch. The artifact recursion ability is pretty sweet, especially for something like a Throne of Geth + Necropede proliferation engine. Altogether, pretty sweet deal.

Buuut.. imo, nothing in comparison to the Knight's token generation. For 4 CMC, you get 7 attacking power, and it only gets better the longer she's on the battlefield. White is going to be getting a lot of aggro with this set, and I think the Knight is going to see a lot of competition, where-as Glissa will be more of a casual / fun card. I could be completely off on this, but I'm banking on Knight of Bladehold. *shrugs* We'll see when the MBS tournament season kicks off.

Edit: Also, Knight of Bladehold, Mirran Crusader, White Knight, and Knight Exemplar. Need I say more?

When looking at legacy (eternal formats) Glissa is playable while Knight of Bladehold is not, so my choice is easy. Glissa is by far the stronger card and Knight is the fun, casual card. You just have to be able to look past standard to see that.

Also I think Glissa's ability is irrelevant, it's the 3/3 for 3 deathtouch first strike on the same card that is over the top sick.
