Any Good Magic The Gathering Websites.

Is there any websites out there that will help starting players, current, and/or help old players get back into magic. Sites that have regular contest will help and or giveaways. I also have heard one site that gave out promo cards every month.

Magic deck vortex ( http://www.magicdeckvortex.com ) is a great website for just that sort of thing. you might have to go to the old home to get the old content, though.
