Searching Libraries

Basically, just a ruling for mana cost for Archive Trap when Haunting Echoes has played. It's still going in the deck regardless, but free cost is better :)

sadly Haunting Echoes does not qualify to reduce the cost of Archive Trap as you are the one searching through his library, not your opponent.

The only cards I can find at the moment that can force an opponent to search his library are Fertilid and Maralen of the Mornsong.

The only card I could find to add to this list is Path to Exile, but "may" isn't exactly "forcing"
