Fat Packs & Winston Draft

So, for some reason I decided to order a Mirrodin Beseiged fat pack!

Anyway, I asked Gen if she'd fancy playing a few games with me which led me to wondering how we'd go about doing it. I Googled for a 2 player variant of drafting and came back with "Winston Draft". Have any of you guys tried doing this before, is it worth giving a go or are there better things to do with my fat pack? :P
