I'm looking to make a blue/black mill deck for casual play as well as for anything the local hobby shop gets together. I want to keep it 2010 and Alara, and I'd like to be able to take it to a tourney and not get laughed at. Right now I have a blue deck that's kind of a joke. I usually play against a bant deck, a r/b goblin deck, a r/g elf burn deck, and an esper artifact deck. Any feedback would be great.
