Activated Abilities
Okay, this came up last night during a casual game and after reading the rulebook, I don't know that we came up with a definitive ruling.
My opponent used his Tumble Magnet to tap my Ezuri, Renegade Leader. Now, would that prevent me from using his abilities or would I still be able to activate the abilities to regen and give my elves +3/+3 and trample?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

unless tapping is part of the activated ability's cost, the creature being tapped or untapped as no impact on being able to activate the ability.

you could still use the ability even if he is tapped since the cost of the ability does not have a tapping symbol.
