Polymorph Question

If I target an indestructible creature, does polymorph still work?

For instance, if I polymorph into a Darksteel Colossus and target it with a Polymorph the next turn, does the Darksteel stay in play AND I reveal until I hit a creature?

Yes.

There's no "if the creature is destroyed" condition on the last part. It's just the next part of the spell's effect.
