Looking for a cardname

I'm looking for a card (blue enchantment if I remember correctly) that changes all creature types to the same type.

At first I thought it was a changeling or illusion card, but I can't seem to find it anywhere (only creature effects or instant-spells that change creature types for 1 turn. But I'm looking for an enchantment.) So if there is anyone out there who knows what card I'm talking about, please help me.

Does it provide a specific creature type or is it "all creature types?"

From what i have researched, there exists no enchantment that does what you suggest. An aura would only alter the enchanted creature and I looked at all the listed world enchantments with the key words "All creatures" assuming that it would read in that fashion to give all creatures the alteration.

I think you're looking for Conspiracy. It's black.

Yep. Blue has Standardize, but the enchantment version of Standardize is Conspiracy.

White can do it to your own creatures with Mirror Entity and to any one player's with Shields of Velis Vel.

Blue uses cheaper cards like Imagecrafter and Unnatural Selection.
