Deck challenges?

I've been reading the deck challenges section of the regular site( I love the idea), and I want to post one. I just can't seem to figure out how to. Where do I go to post a challenge?

Is there something wrong with posting a new thread in the MTG Vault Competitions forum? because that's what you are supposed to do.
