Could use some help :)

Hello,
this is my deck i'm useing to play with my friends (really casual), but we are thinking about getting more serious and I would like to turn this deck into something more turnament-vailble. I'm also kinda on a limited buget so dont go super crazy with it :)

Try to use More of the same ceatures. Like Steel Overseer, Master of etherium, Etherium sculptor, Try to get you a Master Transmuter 1 or 2 will suffice, 4 of the rest all are cheap to play & kick ass exept etherium sculptor he just makes artifacts cheaper to play. Transmuter might cost a little but everything else should be cheap there starter deck cards. Just remember if its cheap not legendary & you like run 4. Just try to keep as close to 60 as possible. 4xSeat of the Synod, 4xVault of Whispers artifact land use Tezzeract 2nd effect for 0 to get em'. The lands are between 50 cents & $1 a piece on ebay.
