death grasp // + tainted sigil and sanguine bond

Can i use death grasp on myself?

And if i can, i guess sanguine bond will trigger. But if i have tainted sigil, can i activate it after i have used death grasp (say for 10 damage) to get that back, and thus damaging my opponent a lot with sanguine bond?

Yes, you can target yourself with anything that says 'target player'.

with the sanguine bond and the sigil what ends up happening is:

you take 10 dmg and gain 10 life
sanguine bond deals 10 dmg to your opponent.
sigil gives you 20 life.

so if you were both at 20, after this your opponent is at 10 and you are at 40.

of course, targeting your opponent with the grasp is much more effective as you would win the game when the sanguine bond's ability resolves.
