Scarland Thrinax

If I have two Scarland Thrinax's out and I drop a creature and then sacrafice that creature to one of my Scarland Thrinax's do both of them get the +1/+1 since the care sais put a counter on Scaland thrinax?

nope, sacrificing the creature is the cost to activate one of the thrinax's ability, only that one will receive the counter.

when cards are referred to by name it always only means that specific instance of the card unless otherwise mentioned.
