My First Deck: Help!

Hey everyone,

I recently bought my first set of magic cards. It just so happens that I got 1500 used cards for $14.00! I have 100 rares, 15 mythic rares about 400 uncommons, 600 commons and then lands.

I want to build my first deck. I almost always play free for all with 4 other people. Can anyone suggest a deck type that I might consider building and what, in general, I should try and incorporate into it?

Thanks! (I was thinking a conservative burn deck?)

straight burn tends to run out of fuel in free-for-all games..maybe a blue/red mix of control and burn would work well for you

which sets are your cards mostly from?
