Vampire Deck (need advice to make it more competitive)

Here is my deck, http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=164267 I'm looking to make it more competitive for tournament play. Right now I use it as a casual play deck with my friends and would like to make some adjustments that will make it better suited for tournaments.

It's late so I'm not going to look up the list, but there's a pretty good build of vampires already made up (it's B/r, so you know) by some pretty competent players, so you should look that up. I can probably snag the list tomorrow if need be.

I'll definitely take a look at that other vampire deck but I was hoping to have an original deck with the cards I already have. I'm looking to make a more competitive deck but by no means does it need to be a perfect tournament deck. Any tips you have to make my existing deck better would be greatly appreciated!
