batman69 is cheating again

not that its really a "bug" per se.... but there must be some way to moderate users such as batman69, who against all common sense is cheating his decks to the top... AGAIN....

seriously he deserves a ban many times over.

I agree that maybe your own comments shouldn't add to the count... This is something I think we will change, soon.
