Help/Improvement on Green White Deck

Hi everyone. This is the first deck I'm posting on the forum although I have been messing with it for years now.

It is mostly a bully deck that I use for casual play and I was wondering what improvements could be made.
(I've grown too attached to every card so I need a fresh perspective haha)

P.S. Any sideboard advice would also be nice. I usually go up against Vampires/Mono-Green/Green-Red
