Comments on my stasis deck

Hey

I just started to get back into MtG after a bit of a break, and I'm trying to tweak an old turbo stasis deck I had. I'd appreciate any solid advice on what I can do with it, particularly relating to the overall number of counters in it and the ratio of lands in the deck.

I'm also considering dropping the white and adding Frozen Aether instead of Kismet and slipping some Vedalken Masterminds in there. Let me know what you think.
