newb ques. - Carnifex Demon, does the counter go on your own creatures
Newb Question
If I have carnifex demon, and use a mana to "remove a -1/-1 counter...."
the part that says:
Put a -1/-1 counter on each other creatures.
Does that mean ALL creatures on the field?
Including my own?
And can I put it on another carnifex demon and use that counter later to dole out again in the same way?
AND, if the opponent's creature (the one I gave the -1/-1 counter to) battles me, does that counter come off at the end of the turn? This is based on the idea that the creature took damage and didn't die, so then he heals. Or does the counter stay on there forever unless they have some card that can remove it?
Thanks!

Carnifex puts -1/-1 counters on EVERY creature, including your own. Also, with two Carnifex demons in play you can pay a black to remove a counter from one and put it on all others (this puts it on the other carnifex demon as well), then pay one into the other carnifex demon and redistribute them so that each creature has two -1/-1 counters. It's essentually pestilence.
Also, -1/-1 counters never go away at the end of turn, they're permanent. That's the whole reason they're counters rather than just saying "each other creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn."
