Knowledge Pool + Cast Through Time

I have a question here. Like most of my questions, they are questions involving the stack. And really, are there any other questions that make us scratch our heads? Anyways, onto the question.

I have both a Knowledge Pool, and Cast Through Time out. If I play a sorcery spell, Do I exile it via Knowledge Pool? Or Cast Through Time? Or do I have the option of choosing either?

Next Question is between Knowledge Pool, and Sphinx-Bone Wand. I cast an instant from my hand, exile it via knowledge pool. Then I pick a sorcery from the pool to cast. Does the Bone Wand trigger once or twice?

About Knowledge Pool, and Cast Through Time : You don't have the choice.

When two effects would enter the stack at the same time, the player decide in what order they do. But, those do not trigger at the same time. Knowledge Pool triggers as your spell enters the stack (when a player CAST a spell). Cast Through Time triggers as your spell leaves the stack (when a spell RESOLVES).

Knowledge take effect 1st and Cast Through Time never triggers.

very powerfull combo but can only start on turn 8 and become strong on turn 10 and over...
