[FIXED] New Phyrexia Card Cost

Act of Aggression has an incorrect mana cost in the database. It's missing the Red Phyrexian cost in it's casting cost.

Hi Safearus,

Thanks for pointing this out - was actually a coding issue! Should be fixed now for every card that has multiple Phyrexian cost :)
