Black sun's Zenith vs shroud

If you cast Black Sun's Zenith would it effect cards that have shroud?

yes, Black Sun's Zenith would affect creatures with Shroud since it doesn't target the creatures.

to put it simply shroud prevents spell and abilities that says "target creature". So its important to remember u cant eqp a shrouded creature, since he cant be targetted
