Reaper King+ xenograft

if i use xenograft along with Reaper King do all my creatures destroy permanents?

yes they do, its the exact same situation as valakut + prismatic omen.

Yes. The reason why is that effects called "Continuous Effects" such as Xenograft, are applied before triggered effects are.

In this case, if you cast a creature, it will have its type changed to Scarecrow, and then it will trigger the Enter the Battlefield ability.
