stormtide leviathans!

ok so here's my deck idea. not sure what I can do to make it better

Creatures:
4x stormtide leviathan
4x nulltread gargantuan
4x augury owl
4x fierce empath
3x inkwell leviathan
1x simic sky swallower

Spells:
4x Quest for Ula's Temple
4x Clockspinning
4x Metamorphosis
2x See Beyond
2x Treasure Hunt
3x Foresee
1x Preordain

Land:
4x Halimar Depths
8x Forest
8x Island

Ok, so it is possible to get the stormtide out at the end of turn 3 by dropping a quest for ula, then getting lucky with the next card on top of the library being a creature, then 2x clockspinning lol. BUT, that has only ever happened once... So i found the nulltread gargantuan to cycle augury owls and fierce empaths (to bring out leviathans once ula's is leveled up) and added a bunch of card draw/scry abilities for deck control.

What do you guys think? Will it work?
