a simple but proven rule to 1 vs 1 decks = simple usually works best

Your deck doesn't make Phyrexial Obliterator any better then it already is. Swords to plowshares and other exile creature spells take care of it just like they did before. Trying to resolve a threat and then protecting it is the realm of control decks and your deck isn't that at all.

- Be fast, spells like dark ritual give you a boost that gives you an edge over slower control decks. this also includes not playing 4 mana tutors.
- if they remove your creature play the next one. playing more creatures then they have removal spells is the way to deal with removal. Make sure every creature you play is a potential win condition. Something your opponent has to deal with or loose.
- the power of black decks is hand disruption. protect your creaures by discarding your opponents taking away their options. A great example in the colors you are playing is Tidehollow Sculler.
