When is a creature considered "Attacking?"
Take Frost Titan for example. Does it's effect come into play when it's declared as an attacker, or when the damage phase occurs?
Sorry for the simple question, I searched and couldn't find an answer.

it triggers when you declare your attackers so the effect will resolve before combat actually happens

Thank you for the reply.
In addition to this question, does Copperhorn Scout untap all other creatures attacking with it? Sort of like a Vigilance effect?
