Yeah, she can regenerate any goblin permanent except herself. If you have two of them, they can regen each other. They should have worded it better than just "target goblin", but it really means "target goblin permanent"

so i can regenerate an enchantment

i figure all in all do as the card says

i see it though as regenerate another goblin and the sub type of the card is goblin i could very well be wrong but it sounds right to me

Indeed, the ruling does use the word "permanent" and not creature, sorry! :P

i thought regenerate was for destroy and lethal damage

don't be sorry you just made my goblin deck that much more lethal lol
