Phyrexian Metamorph Q/A
Ok so I started thinking of combos with Phyrexian Metamorph since is is such an awesome card but some issues came up like they usually do about rules/rulings. Say I have an Everflowing Chalice and I use Phyrexian Metamorph to copy it. Can I pay the kicker on the everflowing chalice? What if you copy a card that has X in its cost? Can you pay extra mana to pump the card up? Tell me what you guys think/know about this.

The phyrexian metamorph isn't being CAST as an everflowing chalice but rather enters play as a copy of it. It will enter with 0 counters with no way to put counters on it unless it were an outside source (Energy chamber?)
If you copy something with X in its mana cost, X will be the same with the copy I believe.
If I play a primordial hydra for 4 (SO 2 green, x=4) then the copy enters with the same mana cost, making X=4 as well.
Not 100% sure if these are right as hell, I'm a noob that started in zendikar but I'm fairly certain that's how it is.

X is always zero unless on the stack.
